Ingredients:
½ cup unscented liquid castile soap
¼ cup herbal tea (chamomile or green tea work well)
1 tablespoon vegetable glycerin (adds moisture)
1 tablespoon jojoba oil or sweet almond oil (skip for sensitive skin)
10–20 drops essential oil (optional, skip for sensitive skin)
For dry skin or winter time add 1 tablespoon of raw honey and 1 teaspoon of melted shea butter.
How to Make:
Add tea to a clean bottle
Gently mix in castile soap (don’t shake hard)
Add glycerin and oil
Add essential oils
Add honey and melted shea butter
Swirl slowly to combine
How to Use:
Use like normal body wash
Shake gently before each use
Shelf life about 2–3 weeks (refrigerate to extend).
