Symptoms: cholesterol, blood pressure.
Treatment: Rinse 2 oz (55 grams) of raisins.
Soak them in cold water for 1 hour, then drain the liquid.
Pour 34 oz (1 liter) of boiling water over the raisins in a thermos and steep for 2 hours.
Drink 7 fl oz (200 ml) in the morning on an empty stomach or throughout the day for 1–2 months, repeating 2–3 times per year.
